Easter

Celebrate Easter at Meetinghouse.

Join us this Lenten season as we wrestle with some of the deep questions that Jesus asked and continues to ask as we travel with him on his journey to the cross and the empty tomb.

Who do you say that I am?

Throughout Lent and Easter, we are wrestling with some of the questions Jesus asks during his journey, with each question serving as an invitation into a deeper relationship with Jesus.

Easter Eggstravaganza.

We're excited to host our 4th annual Easter Eggstravaganza on Saturday, April 19th from 10:00am - 12:00pm. From egg hunts to egg rolls to Easter bunny, we've got a bunch of fun activities for all ages!

Lenten Devotional

This Lenten season we have a variety of ways to engage and participate. In addition to our Sunday services, we invite you to do the following:

Immerse in Sacred Space by taking time to pray in the Quiet Room. We’ve provided two prayers to guide our community: the Prayer of The Rhythm of God and a Prayer of Forgiveness. Both are posted in the quiet room. Stop by and pray any time the building is open and participate in this wonderful resource.

Wrestle with the Tensions in God’s Word & World through three devotional books. These books are available for $5 each in the Connection Corner (honor system of payment) and are a wonderful way to engage in a daily practice during this season.

Sacred Space by The Irish Jesuits
Uncovering the Love of Jesus by Asheritah Ciuciu
A Way Other Than Our Own by Walter Brueggemann

Immerse in Sacred Rhythms by participating in Ash Wednesday and the events during Holy Week.

Easter Flowers

Help us decorate the Meetinghouse and Great Hall with beautiful floral plants for Easter Sunday!

Order a plant as a memorial or in tribute to someone special. Then, on Easter Sunday, write your personalized message on the provided note cards and place in the plant of your choosing. After service, the plant is yours to take home!

Click here to order online or use the marked envelopes located in the Connection Corner and then place in the safe drop slot by the reception desk. If you’re mailing a check, please write “Easter Flowers” in the memo line.

NOTE: Make sure to indicate which service you will be attending on Easter so we have the appropriate number of plants available in each location. Use the Note field online, check the box on the marked envelope or add to the memo line of your check.

Plants are $15 each and the order deadline is Wednesday, April 16th.
